L'Hub organizes a series of workshops and courses where you can learn to: sew by hand or with a sewing machine; dye, block print or tie & dye materials. L'Hub organizes both group and one-on-one courses (A' al carte).Sewing Machine Courses:  One-on-one courses are great if you have a problem with something in particular, such as sewing in a zip. While group courses are divided into levels ("patente") which take you through the basics, onto more complicated stitching to the more advanced sewing in sleeves as well as sewing button holes, pockets and collars. There are also group lessons to teach you to sew garments using patters ("carta modello"). Hand sewing courses: In two 2 hour group lessons, l'Hub will teach you how to put finishing touches to your garments by showing you both useful and decorative stitching as well as how to sew on a button and repair clothes.To enrol for the sewing courses, all you need to do is send an email to percorsi.tessili@l' with your preferred dates. Once you have received confirmation of the course you will need to pay for the course or lessons withing 24 hours of receiving confirmation (see the website for further details). Natural Dying, Block Printing, Tie & Dye: During these group or individual lessons you will be taught how to prepare the fibres and dyes as well as the necessary techniques to create your end result. You can enrol for these courses through the Groupon booking system which can be accessed from L'Hub's website (see the necessary section for the link). Don't forget that lessons must be paid for within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of the booking.

If you want to learn to knit or crochet, Do-knit is the place for you. In this warm, friendly environment you can take knitting and crochet lessons, as well as read and buy books, magazines, wool and knitting and crochet tools.At Do Knit you can also find design pieces; one off items of clothing for children and adults all strictly make by hand; ideas for your creations or simply meet people and swap ideas. Do knit also organises basic knitting courses which are held either in the morning or afternoon, where you can learn basic stiches, binding off, decreases, colour changes, decorative stiches, etc. During the course each participant will create a piece of choice. Do Knit also offers specific courses such as sock knitting, making necklaces, making a tailor made jumper top down etc. For those of you who seek help with a particular aspect of knitting or are having difficulty with a project or simply prefer a one-on-one knitting course, Do Knit can offer tailored individual lessons.

All products are listed on Kitchen Dolcemente's website and include brands such as Wilton, KitchenAid, Stadter and Decora. Courses are also available for those of you that want to perfect their cake, biscuit or dessert making skills.
